1. Authorized Assessment Scope
You agree to conduct assessments, scans, and collector deployments only against IT assets, domains, and networks for which you hold explicit, documented legal authorization from the asset owner. Unauthorized scanning or exploitation is strictly prohibited.
2. Assessment Agent Usage
The NEXORIQ Desktop Assessment Agent must only be deployed on authorized endpoints. The agent executes read-only inspection logic and does not implement destructive actions, persistence mechanisms, or unrestricted terminal access.
3. Limitation of Liability
NEXORIQ provides deterministic assessment rules and AI assistance to identify cybersecurity risks. Assessments represent point-in-time posture evaluations and do not constitute an absolute guarantee against future vulnerabilities or security incidents.
