1. Scope and Information Collected
NEXORIQ collects authorized infrastructure configuration data, telemetry, and evidence artifacts solely for the purpose of IT assessment, risk identification, and report generation. We do not sell client data.
2. Data Isolation & Tenant Boundaries
Each organization’s data is logically partitioned in accordance with PostgreSQL Row-Level Security controls. Client evidence artifacts are stored in private encrypted storage with tenant-scoped access policies.
3. AI Model Data Usage Policy
Client evidence transmitted to AI models is strictly pre-redacted to strip credentials, API keys, and network internal identifiers. Client assessment data is never used to train foundation models.
4. Evidence Retention & Deletion
Evidence is retained in accordance with tenant-configured retention windows (defaulting to 365 days). Signed authorization records are retained for compliance audit verification.
